Qualifications•Proven experience as a Lay-out Artist, Computer Assistant, or a similar role in the printing industry•Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop , Canva , Etc.•Can create various Layouts like Logo, Package Designs (Boxes, Bags) also can illustrate as per clients request ( calling cards , notebook)•Can also prepare files to be ready printed such as resizing(cover spine, and tracing color Sep., vector file)• Strong understanding of layout principles, color theory, and typography• Familiarity with computer hardware and software troubleshooting• Knowledge of Computer-to-Plate (CTP) technology and machinery operation• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members Responsibilities• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives• Create and modify layout designs using graphic design software and tools• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of colors, fonts, and design elements• Assist with computer-related tasks such as troubleshooting software issues and managing files and data• Operate Computer-to-Plate (CTP) machinery to produce high-quality printing plates• Monitor and maintain the CTP equipment to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot any issues that may arise• Conduct quality control checks on printed materials to ensure adherence to specifications and client requirements
