Job Description:
Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Specialist. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner- Use active listening and emotional intelligence skills to understand and address customer needs- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to handle difficult situations and find mutually beneficial solutions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary
Requirements:- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
