Web Chat Specialist - Work From Home

Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and passionate Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Solaire Resort & Casino. This is a part-time, work from home position located in Parañaque, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to answer inquiries, provide information, and assist with any issues they may have- Utilize decision-making skills to quickly and efficiently resolve customer concerns- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service- Excellent decision-making skills- Effective time management abilities
