Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Stylist in Pocket Technologies in Davao City. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support on our website. This role is part-time and at an associate level with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote new products and promotions through chat- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Provide feedback on customer trends and common inquiries to improve overall customer experience

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service or web chat support role- Driven and adaptable personality traits- Strong presentation and time management skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
