Job Description:

Ayala Land is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team. This is a full-time remote position based in Taguig, NCR, PH, suitable for a professional at a mid-to-senior level with at least 7 years of experience in web chat management and customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee the web chat platform to ensure timely and effective communication with customers.2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize chat response times and customer satisfaction metrics.3. Train, mentor, and supervise a team of web chat agents to deliver high-quality customer service.4. Analyze chat data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chat support into various customer touchpoints.6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance the web chat experience.7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to web chat operations.
