Job Description:
Olivia, a leading e-commerce company, is looking for a Web Chat Manager to work remotely from Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior level position, we require a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and reliable, with exceptional creativity and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all web chat operations, ensuring timely responses and excellent customer service- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through web chat- Train and mentor team members to enhance their chat skills and capabilities- Monitor chat metrics and performance, providing regular reports to the senior management- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of web chat with other customer service channels- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve chat operations
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred- Proven experience in web chat management or a similar role for at least 8 years- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively- Proficiency in chat management software and tools- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and negotiate effectively- Excellent time management and organizational skills
