Web Chat Manager - Work From Home

Job Description:

mClinica is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Pasig, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in this field, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform and ensuring smooth communication with our customers.

Responsibilities:1. Monitor and manage incoming web chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and general inquiries.3. Ensure all customer interactions are logged and documented for future reference.4. Collaborate with other team members to address and resolve any customer issues or complaints.5. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and continuously improve customer satisfaction and engagement.6. Develop and implement strategies to increase web chat efficiency and effectiveness.7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 8 years experience in web chat management or related field.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Driven and hardworking personality traits.4. Ability to cooperate and work well in a team environment.5. Excellent problem-solving skills.6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM software.7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
