Web Chat Manager - Work From Home

Job Description:

Olivia is seeking a highly skilled Web Chat Manager to join our team. This is a remote, part-time position based in Caloocan, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and possess the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all aspects of the web chat platform, including customer interactions, inquiries, and support- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and streamline chat processes- Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication between chat and other support channels- Train and mentor chat agents to provide high-quality service and adhere to company guidelines- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve chat operations

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- 7+ years of experience in web chat management or a similar role- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment- Hardworking and dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service- Creativity and planning skills to develop effective chat strategies- Proficiency in chat platform management tools
