Investagrams is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Web Chat Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the following personality traits: energetic and adaptable. Additionally, the candidate should have strong soft skills in innovation and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information via web chat- Assist customers with account maintenance and troubleshooting- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team- Collaborate with team members to continually improve service quality- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide customers with the most relevant information

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team- High school diploma or equivalent
