Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Web Chat Associate to join our team at Petron Corporation. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support to our clients. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, offering flexibility and convenience.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat- Offer solutions and information to customers regarding products and services- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner- Utilize decision-making skills to provide accurate and efficient responses to customer queries- Communicate effectively and clearly with customers to ensure their needs are met- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Comfortable using web chat platforms and technology- Passion for providing exceptional customer service- Motivated and driven to exceed customer expectations
