We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Web Chat Associate to join our team at Resellee. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat support. This is a part-time position that offers remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:- Answer customer inquiries and provide support through web chat- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role- Strong planning and decision-making skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment- High school diploma or equivalent
