Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Web Chat Assistant. This remote position offers the opportunity to work from home in Parañaque, NCR, PH on a full-time basis. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat- Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving issues- Provide information about Cebu Pacific Air's services, policies, and promotions- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience- Adhere to company guidelines and protocols for handling customer interactions

Requirements:- Reliable and resourceful personality traits- Strong communication skills and ability to persuade customers effectively- Decisive decision-making skills to handle various customer situations- Proficiency in using web chat systems and other communication tools- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
