Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Puregold Price Club Inc. is seeking a part-time Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are independent, confident, and possess strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide customer support via web chat, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Assist with online sales transactions, processing payments and orders- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services through online chat- Monitor web chat traffic and respond to customer inquiries promptly- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent written communication skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and basic computer skills- Prior experience in customer service or retail is a plus- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
