Job Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Candidate must possess atleast a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent Receives actual deliveries/transfers for FIC Warehouse; provides a copy of PEZA-stamped Supplier Delivery Receipt(s)/ Import Documents/Gate Pass from affiliates to FEII Impex for the updating and submission Monitoring Liquidation Report to PEZA. Prepares Receiving Report (RR) of all supplier deliveries/transfers for the day (with original invoices/ import documents/ receipts attached) and submits the report to the Materials Management Department. Coordinates with the Operations Department the item specifications and release of Imported and Locally Purchased goods scheduled for delivery for the day. Coordinates with FEII Impex, who is in-charge in the processing of Farm-out Permits (PEZA Form 8106), the delivery schedules of goods to be bought out of zone. Coordinates and endorses Gate Pass issuance with FEII Accounting for items subject for transfer. Releases actual items for delivery upon presentation of original Delivery Receipt. Releases actual items for transfer upon presentation of original Gate Pass. Updates physical inventory and prepares Daily Issuance and Inventory Report. Prepares monthly report of Goods available in the storage area. Monitors status of items subject for return. Reports to the Material Management Head for any discrepancies in the transaction or disruption in the standard process flow. Minimum Qualifications:
Must be graduate of related course in Business Administration major in Logistics and Supply Chain Management With at least a year of experience in the related field Proficient in the use of MS Excel Well-organized, detail-oriented and can work under minimum supervision Can work under pressure and on extended hours Knowledge in the use of Forklift is an advantage Willing to be deployed to offsite deliveries, if need arises Willing to work at Filinvest Technology Park, Brgy. Punta, Calamba City, Laguna Must be organize and can work with minimum supervision Should maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of warehouse Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills;
