Warehouseman

**Purpose of the Position**:Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouseman is accountable and responsible for assisting incoming and outgoing deliveries from the Central Warehouse and Suppliers.**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing materials and or equipment- Maintain the safety and security of the warehouse.- Secure the safety of the materials and or equipment stored at the warehouse at all times- Conduct regular inventory of the materials or supplies kept at the warehouse- Monitor receiving and issuance of materials at the warehouse- Check invoice & delivery receipt and notify the equipment control officer- Prepare purchase order needed materials and submit to Purchasing- Check and monitor all materials and fixed assets transferred at the Site- Maintain proper housekeeping inside and within the premises of the warehouse- Administer policy on asset and scrap disposal- Performs other relevant tasks assigned from time to time**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**:- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Required Skill(s): High level of interpersonal skills and integrity, Creative, Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets, Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, Ability to multitask, Complete task promptly- Willing to work in **San Ildefonso, Bulacan.
