Warehouse Team Leader - Urgent - Manila

JOB DETAILS:- Open for Undergraduates, but NOT for Fresh Graduates- Must be 25-40 years old- At least 1-2 Years of Experience in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or Inventory Control within the E-Commerce or Retail Industry- Willing to work 6 days a week: Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM- Amenable to work in Sta. Cruz, MANILA- Salary Budget: Up to ?30,000, Based on experience/s- Willing to start ASAPJOB DETAILS:- Proven experience in leading a team (At least a Small Team)- Not only delegating tasks, but willing to help team members- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail- Ability in Multi-tasking- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders- Can speak and write well in English- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities- Proactive thinking and problem solver- Familiarity with E-Commerce Platforms and order management systems is a plus.- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to warehousing and logistics- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with relevant software applications
