Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
• Oversee the warehouse team to meet the department's objectives
• Delegating tasks and setting deadlines for your internal team
• Ensure that all stocks Received from Receiving are piled and stored in each respective racks
• Ensure implementation of FIFO
• Monitor the correct encoding in the Bin sheet
• Ensure that target output is met based on DWA and capacity
• Monitor the proper storage of items so that defects can be minimized
• Coordination with Planning for RM/TG that are low in inventory
• Randomly check the accuracy of SOH vs NAV inventory
• Maximize space utilization by enforcing proper piling
• Ensure that all orders are picked, tagged, and transferred to the Loading area
• Ensure that all tanks transferred from Production passed the quality standard
• Monitors the use of appropriate forms to document stock movement in compliance with Warehouse policies and procedures
• Checking that warehouse tools and equipment are in good condition and reporting
• Monitor and ensure that Stock Transfer between warehouses are covered by STR /TO/CM Transmittal
• Ensure that all standard procedures in the warehouse were followed
• Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Act as a supervisor as needed.
