Warehouse Supervisor

Job Details:Supervising warehouse personnel and daily activities.Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.Ordering supplies and Maintaining suitable inventory levels.Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.Communicating and coordinating with other departments.Oversee daily order fulfillment to ensure accurate and quality service deliveryEnsure efficient tasking for all team membersManage and monitor periodic inventoryProvide inputs in forecasting and ordering merchandiseCheck delivery of goods in fulfillment centerManage, coach, and motivate team membersPrepare periodic reports8. Maintain timekeeping and personnel recordsGraduate of any 4-year courseWith relevant experience as Warehouse SupervisorWilling to work in San Pedro, LagunaSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Santa Rosa City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Warehouse Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
