Warehouse Supervisor

What you'll do:-Oversee Warehouse operations.-Maintain item records, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.-Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.-Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.-Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.-Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.-Communicate job expectations and coach employees.-Determine staffing levels and assign workload.- Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.What we are looking for:Preferably a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree.-Minimum of 3 years experience in handling and overseeing warehouse operations.-Experience with a manufacturing company is an advantage.-Proven ability to direct and coordinate warehouse operations.-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.-Excellent oral and written communication skills-Great attention to detail and a result-driven approach.-Willing to work in Punturin, Valenzuela City.
