Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES Monitors day to day activities of serving, put-away receiving and manpower activities. Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures and ensuring they are understood and practiced by all warehouse staff at all times. Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of finish goods. Supervise and control order picking, finished goods in and out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage. Organize, facilitate and manage stocks taking (Inventory count) at regular intervals. Ensures that all relevant procedures, processes, and documentation are followed and adhered to in line with the company's procedures and requirements. Initiate and sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues. Monitor, analyze and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stocks is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy. Responsible for driving standard work and ensuring quality processes are implemented to ensure a "Right First Time" product to the customer aligned with their expectations. Performs other related functional duties and responsibilities assigned by immediate superior. Minimum Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent. At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience, with supervisory capacity. Preferably Supervisor experienced Employees specialized in Warehouse Management or equivalent. Keen on details, highly organized. Excellent communication skills. Good time management skills. Good leadership skills.
