WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT Warehouse Storekeeper - is responsible for the operational function of the warehouse by managing their shift's teams in Receiving & Material Transfer. Responsible for actual stock accuracy with SAP / MOM / other business applications in their shift activities. Ensuring the proper materials flow between warehouses and or the loading and unloading process. Closely coordinates with other warehouses, Planning and Logistics & Customs team, Quality, EHS being a first point of contact in any concerns. Investigate variances as well as explain all issues with other departments involved in the process including the GR/IR reconciliation Additionally, focus on checking timely material transfers within warehouses in line with FIFO and FEFO for batch management scheme and monitoring on-time all material movements to ensure stock accuracy (all movement according to the plan in SAP and MOM). Ensure that the space utilization is being monitored and updated on the file and on-time submission of ETRD and monthly reports for government requirements.
The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring that the warehouse is properly maintained in accordance with IICI standards, 5S3R, and complying with government regulations and Warehouse procedures. On-time updating of reports.
Responsible also for proper coordination and ensuring that the company's inventory is up to date and sufficient to create any report on demand. Such a person will be dedicated to all SAP / MOM-related projects for data preparation.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR Graduate of any four-year course Minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing & logistics area Preferably with advanced MS PPT and Excel skills SAP/WMS Systems experience is a plus Good communication and leadership skills Knowledgable in inventory reconciliation WHAT WILL YOU DO Lead and direct teams of NTM Forklift Drivers about their daily tasks and assignments Assist their Shift Leads with other ramp activities. Delegate and assign tasks according to priority Plan and allocate work schedules for the day especially IICI activity. Cascade any Health and Safety related issues to their colleagues Coordination with other Groups: LOGISTICS, CUSTOMER SERVICE & NTM PLANNING Coordinate with other teams regarding shipment status. Checks and communicates container status based on the schedule. Communicate any issues arising from container call timechecks the availability of releasing documents for QI and coordination with the NTM Planning. On-time submission of documents needed by the Logistics team. QUALITY Communicate any infestation and escalate other related issues that concern NTM supplies. Coordinate and execute any quality-related issues, instructions, or requirements that are related to quality EXTERNAL WAREHOUSE & 3rd PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER Communicate material requirements and availability based on Production orders & planning requests. Coordinate transfer delivery schedules based on production run schedule and priority Convey needed information with 3rd party service providers and provide feedback within the team. Operational Functions Pending tasks are properly handed over to the next shift team Ensure that all SAP posting is correctly performed and timely executed Tasks are properly cascaded to FLD and are performed based on the agreed timeline Production requirements are properly and timely served Infestation levels are always checked and acted upon whenever necessary Urgent requirements are prioritized and needed material is on time Inbound materials are properly checked, and needed documents are filled out and executed Ensure the availability of material is correctly reflected in system Ensure that the ramp warehouse area is organized and properly set with no unaccounted item Ensure that actual materials in the warehouse reflect exactly in the system (SAP/MOM) All actual material movements reflect movements in the system (SAP/MOM) All material movements are properly documented Periodic material cycle count is performed regularly Materials are properly labeled and identified Accomplish Incoming Receiving Monitoring Report as part of monitoring of NTM KPI. Preserve, retrieve records, and prepare related reports.
