Job Description:
The Senior Recovery Operations Assistant is in charge of supervising Recovery Operations Assistant, ensuring that problematic parcels are resolved timely, and ensures inventory accuracy.


Main Duties


Support the Recovery operations assistant in investigating problematic parcels and ensures timely resolution. Coordinate with various departments in order to resolve problematic parcels. Conduct auditing to ensure Inventory accuracy of parcels. Be knowledgeable in Ninja Van’s software system and follow the procedure to ensure regular clean-up. Escalate problems to supervisor whenever necessary. Minimum Qualifications:
College graduate. Must have at 6 months experience in warehousing or any related industries. Must be willing to do blue-collared work. Must have critical thinking skills. Generate creative solutions. Quick learner Time Management Preferably with experience in handling a small team. Willing to be assigned in Taguig or Pasig Willing to have a 6-day work schedule (Mondays - Saturdays)
