Work Setup: Onsite (Mondays - Fridays)Location: Rosario, CaviteWork Schedule: Normal dayshiftEnsure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goalsDevelop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shippingTrain and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goalsOversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logisticsReview and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are metManages and leads a team of warehouse professionals to support materials requirements of (7) factories, from material receipts to stock keeping to the issuanceKeeps Materials inventory under control and accounted for using prescribed (Oracle ERP) systems and toolsOversees Hub warehouse and ensures effective control of inventory distribution from the Hub to the factoriesLeads Site Inventory Reduction InitiativesInitiates dead stock and excess inventory control program and dispositionEnsure the safety and ergonomics, people development and training, coaching, optimization resources, and high occupancy rate of the warehouseTakes the lead in Planning and Executing Annual Physical Inventory activity to comply with corporate requirements. (internal and external audit)Drives "Protection at source", to protect inventory against pilferageLeads warehouse initiatives around Continuous ImprovementsDrives team to hit Key Performance Indicators (KPI) goals and Operational Expenses ScorecardJob Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalentMaterial Management Certification or Post-graduation/ Diploma certification is desirableWith 12 - 15 years of working experience in the related field is required for this positionPreferably Assistant Managers / Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalentSmart Engineering perspectiveExtensive experience in warehouse Management in Supply Chain Manufacturing setupKnowledgeable of Import/ Export processesStrong People management and Leadership skills to drive inventory, supplier relations, and collaborationMust be amenable to work in Rosario, CaviteWorking arrangements: Normal dayshift, Onsite, Compressed work week
