Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities


Capable to develop Warehouse Management System - Efficient Warehouse Processes and Accurate Procedures. Capable to develop Records Management System, both in Electronic Recording and Paper Documentations. Warehouse Preparation Planning: Space Layout, Special Storage Needs, Space Utilization and Handling. Planning the Workloads, Allocating Resources (Receiving Goods / Storing Goods / Allocating and Issuing Goods), Handling and Stacking Techniques. Maintain security of the warehouse, loading area, and surrounding areas to prevent theft. Be steadfast to safety standards of the warehouse operations, inventory, materials, equipments and warehouse personnel. Efficient Space Utilization, Maintenance and Housekeeping. Record Keeping and Reporting. Quality Control and Verification. Control of Stock Movement. Ability to Detect and Deal with Stock Losses. Ability to management Rejected Materials. Ability to Deal with Unwanted Materials, Obsolete and Scrap Disposal. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business Courses. At least 5 years of work experience in the related field is required for this vacancy. Must be highly skilled in warehouse management, logistics, scheduling, inventory management, employee management and training of warehouse staff. With impeccable leadership style in warehousing management. With effective communication skills and liaising skills. Has the capability resolve urgent issues and make effective decisions on tight deadlines. Knowledgeable in mechanical Familiar with Computer Operations using Microsoft Office, Excel Programming, Word, Power Point Presentations and other applicable program in Warehousing Operation. Preferably Male Candidates on his middle career advancement. Willing to work Monday to Saturday or even Public Holidays. Willing to be assigned in San Simon, Pampanga.
