Warehouse Manager

**Job Summary**:- Responsible for the entire operations of SOS warehouse; monitors warehouse operations.**Duties &Responsibilities**:1. Plans and organizes the day-to-day activities in the warehouse specifically the order fulfillment process, finished goods receiving and inventory updating2. Responsible in implementing an effective and efficient management warehouse system that will enhance and improve the existing operation3. Develops a Standard Operating Procedure for the warehouse that would cover work standards, 5s practices, preventive maintenance of equipment's and resources, maintaining integrity of inventory and overall safety and awareness program4. Responsible for all external communication and coordination on warehouse activities and all matters related to operations5. Develops strategic plans and programs on a yearly basis for the continuous improvement of warehouse operation and prepare the corresponding budget needed for the efficient operation6. Responsible in ensuring that the employees are working towards the achievement of the mission and vision of the company and the division and that they are emulating the values set forth by the company7. Maintains a high performing team that can work together towards uplifting not only the morale and skills of all warehouse personnel8.
