Warehouse Customer Service

Responsibilities:
Submits weekly Sales Order and Back Order Report.
Prepares packing list and send request of ASN to customer
Updates status of Sales Invoices by posting actual date receipt of delivery by customers
Monitor status of POD for clearing
Allocate stocks per Customer by ensuring quantity of supply is equally distributed per order
Releases pick slip per Sales Order
Print Sales Invoice and submit duplicate copy to Finance
Prepares overtime request for all warehouse personnel and send to admin every 15th and 30th of the month
Receives inter-office memo and disseminate information to all warehouse team
Participate with warehouse inventory periodic and year-end cycle count
Assigned to take minutes of the meeting of the department.
Maintain record of RS received weekly from customer and provide copy to Finance for CM issuance
Maintain a filing system for all Inbound Activities
Perform other task as the management may at times reasonably require.

Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Supply Chain or Logistics Management.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
With good interpersonal and communication skills.
