Warehouse Assistant - San Pedro Laguna

**MAIN FUNCTION**To assist and carry out general warehouse duties in ensuring the safe and systematic storage and inventory of stocks in the Warehouse and to ensure that all merchandise item description and information are accurately encoded.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Ensures compliance of standard operating procedures- Assist shipping and receiving, unloading of trucks, checking of merchandise, daily pick and pack of stocks- Matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to stock consolidator for processing- Maintain all material handling equipment in good working order and cleanliness of warehouse- Responsible for completion and prompt submission of all related paperwork and the provision of other information as requested- Ensures accuracy in all paperwork and delivery quantities- Prepares the necessary documents for the release / receive of items from stores (DR/RR)- Printing of pick note- Posting and Printing DR- Create receiving report for newly received merchandise- Processing of Allocation of VisMin Delivery- Coordinate the store and send confirmation of delivery with exact value and quantity**-To be assigned at Warehouse, San Pedro Laguna**Schedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- San Pedro, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
