Warehouse Assistant - Pasig City

Responsibilities:
Primary Accountabilities:
1.Pick all downloaded pick notes/tasks either manually or through automation with accuracy
2.Pack all picked notes/tasks and put carton labels for turnover to consolidate team
Secondary Accountabilities:
1.Maintains accuracy of picking and packing
2.Arranges cartons for packing on conveyor, and cartons for rechecking on assigned area
3.Coordinates shelf replenishment and transfers with Cycle Count team leader for better stock arrangement, and better picking rate
4.Coordinates with Cycle Count Team Leader on picking shortage and other problems
5.Coordinates pick task completion with Assistant, Warehouse- Outbound Team Leader as how to pick tasks are prioritized (e.g. Customer required date, special rush request, etc.)
6.Maintains accuracy of cycle count assigned aisles, and shelves affected by picking activities
7.Peform tagging activities as needed
8.Develops and shares improved methods of material handling, stock control, packaging and labor distribution to reduce costs and increase efficiency
9.Peforms special projects that may be assigned by the Assistant Warehouse Manager/ Warehouse Manager Qualifications: *
At least high school graduate.
We need someone with background as a Warehouse assistant as the role is physically demanding
Someone open to render overtime and weekend work.
Preferably someone who lives near Pasig as this will shorten the travel time plus the fact that there will be weekend work
