Warehouse Assistant

Job Description:
Move inventory and materials across facilities Sort, organize, and store inventory in proper location Report damaged or missing inventory to warehouse manager Update logs and documentation for inventory processing Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles Receive, move, check, and store incoming goods Select space for storage and arrange for good to be placed in the designated areas Prepare deliveries and monitor stock levels. Ensure a clean and safe workhouse for staff to work in Remove hazardous products from the warehouse Move items through the warehouse from receipt to dispatch to customers Accurately update all data into computer and manual recording systems Check and inspect goods received and ensure they are of accurate by quantity and type Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/College Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field Proven working experience in warehouse Knowledge of supply chain management and related fields Pays attention to detail and monitors quality of inventory Highly organized and able to store items efficiently Ability to follow processes and procedure accurately A comprehensive understanding of safety procedures Experience in wholesale or retail industry would be an advantage
