Job Summary:The Supply Chain Manager will play an important role by providing relevant information derived from internal and external data. This person will be in-charge in the preparation, reporting, and interpretation of data into relevant insight and action points. Successful candidate will also oversee the monthly and annual forecast and manage the calendar buying and shipment from partner manufacturers.Top 3 Accountabilities:1. Commercial Information Operational Process-Maintain data integrity from all data sources. Must ensure constant updating and clean-up to ensure consistency of information.-Manage the integration of data from internal and external sources and convert into templated report (daily, weekly and monthly reports);-Provide management relevant insight derived from the data and use it to make sound decision for the business.-Manage and train the Data Analyst in creating relevant reports and commercial information.2. Inventory and Supply Management-Will monitor and manage the monthly buying process of BPC from all manufacturers.-Shall provide the Sales and Marketing director a proposed purchase order to meet the set demand forecast from sales and marketing.-Ensures that all BPC warehouses nationwide will meet the set weeks cover per SKU to avoid out of stock and over stocking of inventory. -Will set-up the stand process for stock transfer to ensure that supply chain will meet the set inventory levels.-Will provide action plan for non-moving SKUs and flag marketing team for flush-out or depletion programs.3. Forecast and Sales Performance Report Management-Will work closely with Sales and Marketing to align the demand and supply forecast.-Setting of annual and monthly target; calibration of forecast and targets based on sales trend.-Shall flag the Sales and Marketing team in occasions that the forecast were not met especially for erratic movement or non-movement of the products.Job Qualifications:-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field.-At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience as a Supply Chain Manager, or any related field is required for this position.-Preferably knowledgeable in Quality Management System (QMS) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO)-Must be adept with latest software's, such as but not limited to Warehouse Management System (e.g., SAP MM, AP Modules, etc.)-Highly proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Windows (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook).-Proactive, creative, analytical, and possess a good leadership style.-Possess an excellent project management skills.-Must have an interpersonal and communication skills.
