VP of Human Resources (BPO/Shared Service) Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)
A Senior Manager or Director level role in a multinational company, preferably with experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. Ideal candidate for this role should possess strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently while also being collaborative. They should also have a track record of building trust and reliability with senior leadership
Qualifications: 8+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years at a senior level. Experience in the BPO industry is highly valued. Multinational and matrix organization experience is preferred. Experience in all facets of HR Responsibilities: Provide senior managers with insightful analytical information, trends, and recommendations on: Country Labor Laws. Departmental processes and policies. Workplace standards. Employee relations activities. Ensure compliance with labor laws and translate them into organizational policies. Work independently but collaborate effectively when needed. Establish trust and reliability with senior management. Work Arrangement: Initially onsite, with the possibility of moving into a hybrid arrangement (potentially one day at home).
