1. Conceptualize standard display guidelines for Point-of-Sales Materials, Display Kits and Live Demo Units.2. Develops a design for Pricedrop and other special promotions3. Conducts regional training for the newly hired Account Executive or Area Supervisor about basics of Merchandising.4.Do random audit on all OPPO Brand Stores and OPPO Display Zone Visual Merchandising Display nationwide and send report of the audit to Visual Merchandising Supervisor.5. Coordinates with the Key Accounts, Operator's and other department for store visibility display.6. Assist the Visual Merchandising Supervisor in planning and monitoring merchandising material display of every new product launch in Philippine market, and assure the standard display set will be strictly followed in every OPPO stores nationwide.7. Monitors the regional display status of POS materials every product launch and coordinates with Regional Visual Merchadising Team for the development of display.8. Conduct regular visibility photo or online audit of all OPPO stores nationwide to ensure a neat, high-end, organized, and competitive display in the market.19. Helps the Visual Merchandising Supervisor in the development of Training Module for Sales Team Visual Merchandising Training, Hero Product Training and HQ Department Training.10. Supports company events, special project events and CEK events upon request by other departments.11. Makes template for Territorial Visual Merchandising Heads on monthly retail sales report, hero product project review and other reports given by VM Supervisor and Merchandising Manager.12.. Develops a Visual Merchandising Specialist Training Module to new Sales Team, Regional Visual Merchandiser and Territorial Visual Merchandising Heads in coordination with VM Audit Officer and Visual Merchandising Supervisor.13. Benchmark competitor's movement in the market, and offer suggestions to merchandising for the improvement.14. Conducts market research and competitor's check including other brands' display, Live Demo Unit count, First Visibility Status and other reports regarding visual merchandising.15. Assists Visual Merchandising Supervisor on Live Demo Units Request and Display Monitoring16.
