Visual Merchandising Officer

The Visual Merchandising Head is responsible for increasing revenues through conceptualizing designs/themes/ideas and implementing visual merchandising display that is aligned with the company's overall brandingKEY RESPONSIBILITIESHe/she makes the most of the space available, works within a budget and meets deadlines.Plays a key role in creating a positive store image and in increasing revenuesResearches concepts and ideas for seasonal projectsPlans and designs seasonal projects and follow up on implementation in ISI stores within a selected time frameChanges or rotates window displays, interior display areas, or signage to reflect changes in inventory or promotion.Arranges properties, furniture, merchandise, backdrops, or other accessories, as shown in prepared sketches.Plans commercial displays to entice and appeal tocustomers.Develops ideas or plans for merchandise displays or window decorations.Consults with sales area manager to determine type of merchandise to be featured and time and place for each display.Works with direct reports to establish performance goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staffPerforms other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.JOB SPECIFICATIONBachelors Degree in Fine Arts, Architecture or similarWith at least 3 years experience in Visual MerchandisingQUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL ENJOY: 15 days paid leave on employee's 1 year of serviceComplete government mandated benefits13th month payHMO PackageLocal sponsored travels
