Visual Merchandiser (Fashion Retail)

Create Visual Merchandising Display Standards for brands in Alberto Group that would ensure that all stores are providing a great first impression to all customers.- Work closely with art director, marketing & merchandising to develop creative sales collateral and fixtures to improve sales, especially during store events and promotional sales- Coordinate and prepare reports to APAC monthly meeting.- Source and coordinate with suppliers and create directives for implementation of displays- Perform competitor research, research emerging trends and best practices in footwear industry- Create directives for bi-monthly VM Display Highlights and conduct VM Training.- Creates, orders, train and maintain brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness and organization throughout the store to ensure a consistent customer experience.- Manages VMD in-store presentation budget and find most cost effective ways to control budget- Partner with Retail Manager, and Area Manager to identify and resolve issues in the store.- Excellent problem solving and communication skills including verbal, written and active listening- Bachelor's Degree in Fine arts major in Visual communication Fashion design or related field.- At least a year of experience working as a visual merchandiser- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- Strong time management and organizational skills**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company events- Employee discount- Health insurance- Life insuranceSchedule:- 10 hour shift- Flexible shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay**Experience**:- Fashion Retail: 1 year (preferred)- Visual Merchandiser: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
