The Department of Sociology and Africana Studies Program at Tulane University invites applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor position for academic year 2020-2021, beginning in August 2020. The teaching load is 3-3 and the candidate would teach introductory courses in The Sociology of Race and Ethnicity and an intermediate class in Africana Studies focusing on African Americans and Society.
