Visa Officers

TheVisa Officerfacilitates VISA application process and handle front office and back office operations conducted at the respective Visa Application Centres (VACs).Scope of Work:Document scrutiny and collection of applications for visa processing;
Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone;
Handle cash and bank related transactions if assigned;
Record & maintain all application data;
Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors; and
Maintain up to date information on visa regulations and fees.

Minimum Qualifications:- Completed at least two (2) years in college;- Minimum of6 months experiencein Sales;
Proficient in MS office & good typing speed;
Adaptability and presence of mind to handle customer queries and complaints;
Flexible to work in Makati/Manila from Mondays to Fridays (8am to 5pm); and
