What are we looking for:
MultiplyMii is in search of a
Virtual Practice Manager
who is process-oriented,
attention to detail, diligent
, self-driven with resilient persona, and strategic business focus. You will be assigned to our Australian client who specializes in men’s health and wellness. This is a new and exciting well-funded company that will be an exciting energetic work environment for the right team member. You will directly support the doctors, psychologists, and the team members with the goal of making the medical staff life easier and makes sure customer-doctor appointments were completed.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and
possesses impeccable English communication
in written and verbal form.
This role is 100% remote work.
In this role you will:

-Oversee scheduling with doctors and psychologist
-Oversee daily practice operation including scheduling and appointment management
-Lead and support a team of Doctors and Psychologist staff
-Liaise between doctors and the management team
-Support doctors in drafting letter/ email responses to be sent to patients.
-Demonstrated leadership skills in a variety of different contexts, the ability to manage staff performance and improve work performance of our team
-Skills in managing technology and medical software systems
-Build professional working relationships with team members, patients, and medical staff
-The ability to acquire knowledge quickly and implement changes to manage the challenges faced by the business.
Requirements

-Must have a minimum of 2 years' as a Practice Manager within the health industry
-Experience in working in healthcare or medical, in a senior management role
-Fluent in English both written and oral
-Highly organized with clear attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently with initiative and as a team member
-Management skills
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task in a busy environment
-A high level of professionalism and personal presentation
-Competent in the use of information technology for practice functions, including Microsoft Office
-A positive attitude with an ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people
-Amenable to work on Australian business hours
