Details of the offer

Work location: OrtigasWork schedule: 24/7 on call support, shifting, weekend/holiday shifts
Familiar in using Active Directory
Knowledgeable in using VDI Environment
Knowledgeable in applications supported
Basic knowledge in vSphere
MS Windows Operating System troubleshooting is a must
At least 2 years experience as Technical Support (Computer Software and/or Hardware troubleshooting)
Good communication skills in speaking and writing
Familiar in using Google Suites
Can work with less supervision
Willing to work in shifting schedules
Familiarity with cloud computing is a plus but not required
Basic to Intermediate knowledge in Networking
Basic knowledge with Virtual Machines and Virtualization
Must have basic knowledge in thinapp, application deployment, roles/permissions
Familiarity with working in a Domain environment
