Position: Virtual Customer Account Manager
Key Requirements: Must own a Laptop with up-to-date software and reliable performance Backup electricity/UPS to ensure uninterrupted workflow High-speed internet connection for smooth communication Self-provided gear for effective and comfortable work environment Availability for shift working hours (8-10 hours) which will be decided once you complete training. Must be able to visit online for training which could last up to 4 weeks Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat) Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude at all times Qualifications: Strong communication and problem-solving skills Fluent English Speaking skills Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office Previous customer support experience is a plus Familiarity with relevant software and tools Intermediate & Bachelor preferred Working Hours: Shift-based working hours totaling 8-10 hours per day.
Salary Range: Competitive salary ranging from 40,000 to 60,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
