Virtual Assistant (Property Management)

Job Summary We are looking for a professional Property Management Admin for our Australian Client. The main responsibility would be providing administrative tasks for existing and potential tenants as well as the clients themselves.

Responsibilities:

*Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
*Cater for the tenant's concerns in regards to the property

*Send corrective actions for the tenants concerns
*Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value

*Provide good customer service for the tenants

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: 6am-3pm / 7am-4pm

Job Qualifications:

With related work experience for property management
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
Pleasant and trustworthy
Excellent MS Office skills
With CSR experience is a plus
