Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.To be successful in this position you must have experience with:- Bands/Whatsapp and Slack (Communication App)- Follow-up boss/ Trello (Task Management)- Zoom (Weekly Meetings w/ LH Team)- Researching industry-related topics and writing blogs- Preparing well-structured drafts using digital word processing and publishing platforms especially Outlook- Creating and distributing marketing copy to advertise our company and product- Design mostly digital designs for social mediaQualifications:- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)- Excellent writing and editing skills in English- Time-management skills- Experienced with SEO**Skills**:- Highly skilled with adobe and social media management- Creative and able to create own ideas and strategies for clients and also with client input- Should be good in Graphics- Know how to write blogsJob Monthly Salary: 12,000 php per month within probation periodEnglish Proficiency: FluentDays of Operation: Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm PSTWorking hours: 8 HoursPay: From Php12,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shift**Language**:- English (preferred)
