AMT - (All Machinery Transport Group), is searching for a Virtual Assistant with at least 1-year exp.
The candidate must have an extensive Microsoft office experience, 100% written and spoken English, as they will be the right hand to the CEO.
This is a salaried position. On-Call, 6 days a week typically from 8 am to 6 pm daily Monday to Friday, working off a USA calendar, and PST time zone.
Extremely Organized
Attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly
Calling USA and Canada daily ring central line and email address will be provided.
Will be required to upgrade their speed internet if needed.
Sales background would be an asset
Possess strong problem-solving skills
Lived in the USA would also be an asset
Social media skills (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn daily updates)
Edit and update database data entry skills (Microsoft Excel)
