Company Profile: Insurance company Overall Purpose And Responsibilities Of The Role Provide strategic direction and leadership to the company, ensuring its growth, profitability, and sustainability. This involves setting clear goals, fostering relationships with stakeholders, driving business strategies, overseeing operations, promoting innovation and collaboration, monitoring industry trends, managing marketing initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining financial health, upholding corporate governance, and nurturing employee development and harmony. Duties & Responsibilities: Provide visionary leadership to the company together with the Board of Directors, setting clear goals and objectives in alignment with the overall strategic direction Represent the company externally, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including clients, regulators, industry associations, and the broader community Oversee the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth, sales, profitability, and market share Lead the management team in the execution of operational plans, ensuring effective resource allocation and alignment with business objectives Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organization Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks Drive the development and execution of marketing and branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the market Manage the company's client portfolio, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure the company meets its financial targets Champion a strong corporate governance framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Ensure internal growth and harmony within the company's employees with the focus on self-development, continuous improvement of skills and business continuity Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
