Utility Staff

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- In-depth knowledge of using standard hand and power tools.- Strong ability to follow oral and written instructions properly.- Responsible for housekeeping of Warehouse, Extension office and critical areas like machine rooms, electrical rooms and server/data areas.- Maintain work area clean, safe and organized.- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.- Performing preventative maintenance.- Maintain consumable needs in the properties.- Coordinate and maintain stock in the main store shed.- Provide assistance to co-workers when needed.QUALIFICATIONS:- At least High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, College Level, College Graduate.- With or without experience but no visible tattoo.- Exceptional listening and communication skills.- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.- Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.- Willing to be trained.- Can Start ASAP.- Other duties as assigned.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php14,800.00 - Php17,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus
