Urgent! Pod Specialist - Cagayan De Oro

**_Overall Responsibility_**The **POD Specialist** is responsible for the timely and complete safeguarding and transmittal of customer's required Proof of Delivery (POD) and other required billing documents for prompt issuance of invoice.**_Duties & Responsibilities_**- Checks and Monitors the status of the issued BL and Delivered Cargos.- Secures and validates the Required acknowledged PODs from Truckers- Stamp "Billing Clearance" on the BL for Trucker's billing purposes- Sorts the secured PODs and scanned per BL- Prepares weekly updates reports to cover pending billings due to Incomplete PODs.- Coordinates with Truckers, customers, Billing, Sales & Operation on insufficient documents & other concerns to expedite completion.- Attends the Weekly unbilled meeting with Billing and Sales team.- Updates Delivery dates/PODs in ECMS- Assists in the collection of payments and countering of billing documents to various accounts.- Escalates major issues and concerns to Immediate Superior for appropriate actions.**Amenable to work in Tagoloan, Cagayan de Oro.**Schedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
