**QUALIFICATIONS**:- **Has at least 3+ years of progressive purchasing experience within a manufacturing environment, aggregate/cement experience is an advantage**:- Graduate of BS industrial, mechanical, civil engineering or equivalent- Strong negotiation skills and experience- Knowledge of ISO/TS requirements- Proficient user of MS Excel and Microsoft Word- Strong decision-making ability and creative problem solving skills**Salary**: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftApplication Question(s):- Are you amenable to work at Paco, Manila?**Experience**:- Buyer: 3 years (preferred)
