We are looking for skilled Customer Service Rep with above 5 years of experience.

Job Openings:

• Client Services (experienced in escalations)
• Leasing Services (experienced in sales)
• Resident Services / Maintenance (w/ Team Lead, Sup or SME experience)
• Collections Services (w/ collections experience)

Requirements:

• Strong administrative and analytical skills
• Highly organized and a good problem solver
• Strict attention to detail
• Fluent with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word - Google Apps
• Bachelor’s degree an advantage
• Must be willing to work from 8AM – 5PM CST or 10PM – 7AM MNL
• Reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 3mbps & up, pc/laptop, back up pc and internet connection, and headset w/ a noise reduction feature
