Must possess a Professional License in Architectureor equivalent.? At least 2 years experience in the field of Aesthetic Design for large-scale projects.? Familiar with basic electrical, structural, and civil designs with accordance to the National Building Code of the Philippines. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Prepare and present design proposal to clients; Produce compete construction plans, shop drawing and as built plans; Attend regular meetings with clients, Site Engineers, Designers and other specialist; Coordinate with site engineers, subcons, designers and cosultants both local and international.Resolves problems that might come up during construction.Conducts visits to check work on progress.Troubleshoots problems that might come up during construction.Prepare bid documents, conduct bidding, review and award bid proposals.Site implementation of plans and designs.
