Ui/Ux Designer

What you will do
? Create UX and UI design deliverables (including concept sketches, user flows,
prototypes, wireframes and design specs) that deliver intuitive user experiences
? Partner closely with developers to translate UX solutions into technical specifications
? Conduct user research, present results and recommendations to internal and external
stakeholders
? Develop personas and usage scenarios
? Conduct usability testing
? Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
? Create product prototypes
? Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience
? Assist with content development as required
? Support by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences
? Identify design problems and deliver elegant solutions
? Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions
and features
? Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
What you bring
? 5+ years of professional working experience in user experience design roles
? Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Design, Interactive Media, Graphic Design, Computer
Engineering, or equivalent combination of experience and training
? Experience in digital health, wellness, or SaaS products
? A portfolio showcasing your depth of expertise in UX design
? Proven experience in leading UX design projects, from user research and ideation to
prototyping and usability testing
? Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (ie. Figma)
? Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and
interaction design
? Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design
concepts to stakeholders
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user insights into
actionable design solutions.
? Familiarity with front-end development technologies (Vue.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
and their impact on user experience is a plus.
