RWB SMART SOLUTIONS INC. Is urgently looking for:  UI/UX Designer Responsibilities: Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedbackCreating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockupsTranslating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfacesIdentifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)Design graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs, and widgetDevelop graphics for product illustrations, logos, banners, icons, etc.Requirement: A bachelor degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts or any related fieldAt least 5 years experienceas a UI/UX Designer in the related industry as well as a strong portfolio of related projectsYou are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator and Photoshop)You are proficient in prototyping tools like FigmaBasic HTML5 and CSS3 skills are a plusExcellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs and suggestionsStrong team playerSkills: A good listenerHas an open and curious mindLoves solving problemsPro-active in identifying and preventing potential problemsPro-active in suggesting solutions to improve productivityDetail oriented (attention to detail)Advance research skills
